Exchange Server Update

Updated 7/31/2015

As I’m sure you’ve noticed, we are currently receiving a lot of spam mail. At this time we are working with our vendor and Ednetics to get spam and virus filters in place. In the meantime be careful opening emails you receive from unknown sources and from known sources with attachments you did not request.

The new Exchange server is now on line. Over the next few days your mailboxes will be transferred to the new server. Once your mail is transferred, the “Exchange Server” link to the left will no longer work. If you try the link to the left and it fails, type https://mail.sd273.com/owa. Once the login prompt appears, in the username field you must type your login name in the following format: “sd273\username” and then your password in the password field. This is temporary until the old exchange server is retired.

Mobile device access to the Exchange server(s) has been restored as of last night. Once your mailbox is moved, your device will fail connection again. The following changes must be made to your device. Under settings for your account make sure the “Server” reads mail.sd273.com and NOT pfmail.sd273.com. For the user name, type “sd273\username” and your regular password. This should restore functionality to your mobile device.

We’ll be posting more updates as they become available.
