Exchange Server Update

Updated 8/7/2015

The Exchange Web link on the left is now working. It will take you to the new web interface.

If you have an Android device and try to set up Exchange mail to it, you will be prompted with several security items you must agree to before connection to the Exchange server is granted. The new server has the ability to manage mobile devices. We have absolutely no intentions of using this feature now or in the future. Since most Android devices are usually personal ones, there is no conceivable reason to do so. Your mobile devices will be safe.

Mobile device set up still has some lingering issues. We’re finding Android devices are setting up fine, while Apple devices are still having trouble.  Android devices usually only require you to change the mail server from pfmail.sd273.com to mail.sd273.com. Apple devices are generally wanting you to delete the Exchange mail account currently on the device and then re-create it.

We’ll keep you updated as more information comes up.
